  Great little caf, coffee like mud, it'll certainly wake you up! This place is busy at rush hour, full of people getting off at one Wigan train station and grabbing coffee or a bite to eat between connection at the second station. As a result the staff serve you at the speed of light! There's seating or they'll wrap up your order if you need to run for a train.

  I phoned the cafe this morning around 10.30-11.00. The lady took my order & told me 10 minutes. I sent my friend to collect my order. When he came back I noticed it was wrong. I phoned the cafe up to explain, to be greeted by an extremely rude member who asked me 'well how long are you going to be because I have a customer waiting for that food' - as if it was my fault, 3 people witnessed her speaking on the phone like that, very irate. I took the bag and rushed back. I got in & said 'Hi, I've got the wrong order' she took a look at the bag & started shouting at me in front of the customers. I hadn't noticed the bag had fallen & responded that's how I received it, to which point she started shouting more. She chucked the bag over onto the counter behind her, re picked it back up & showed the waiting customer and said 'She expects you to eat this' starts muttering on how I've ruined someones breakfast. Still being extremely rude & quite aggressive towards me. You could tell she was stressed & obviously cannot handle working in a cafe, if that is how she speaks to customer's under pressure. She expected the waiting customer to have the food I brought back to her, and not replace the food. I written a review on Facebook, to where another member of staff was extremely rude & had taken pictures of the food (which they had taken out of the box) claiming that is how they received it, even though when I was in the cafe all the food was in the box, it was ONLY the beans that had come out a bit. When I called them out on that, magically the photo got deleted off Facebook, because they know they set it up. In the end they prank called my work of place 3 times then very childishly informed me I am now barred, before putting the phone down like a 14 year old child. Instead of admitting they had made mistakes, they completely put it onto the customer & basically said everything was my fault. In one of my replies I got off the member of staff she accused me of 'chucking the food around in my bag in a rage because they got my order wrong' which is an absolute lie. Check their Facebook review, even though one staff member has deleted her comment because it's complete lies what she was typing. When I asked for refund for my food and I didn't want the food she smirkly told me I'm not having it. They even got a customer who wasn't even in the cafe today, to comment on my Facebook post & basically call me a liar. Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service & lack of organisation skills. They wouldn't even take responsibility for the orders getting mixed up, basically telling me my friend should of known, even though he told them my name? AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG!!!!! Me & a few colleagues have ordered from this place, when Krumbs (which by the way is a fantastic cafe - if you're in Wigan I'd recommend this place) has been shut, each time we have all agreed the female staff members in there are extremely rude. There is a man who works in there, I'm not sure of his name, but he is so friendly and nice, so this is not aimed at him, and he was not working today. Strictly at how the blonde 'Manager' handled this. Avoid, and also, the food isn't that great.
